Customers with a delivery address in Switzerland

For purchases with a delivery address in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. We nevertheless voluntarily offer the following return option: a purchased watch may be returned without giving reasons; in this case, we will buy it back at 70% of the original purchase price (buy-back, not a full refund).

If the delivered watch does not match the description given on the product page, this is treated as a warranty case (see below) rather than a buy-back.

Customers with a delivery address in the European Union

For purchases with a delivery address in a member state of the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal additionally applies. The exact conditions, deadlines, and exceptions are set out in Clause 8.2 of our Terms of Service; the model withdrawal form can be found at the end of our Terms of Service.

Warranty

As our products are used watches, each item carries an individual warranty period of either 3 months or 1 year from receipt, as stated on the relevant product page. Any defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
