We currently ship only within Switzerland and to member states of the European Union.

Shipping carrier

Shipping is generally carried out via Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post AG), for deliveries within Switzerland as well as to the EU.

Shipping costs

Switzerland: CHF 11.–
European Union: CHF 30.–

Shipping costs are shown during checkout and must be paid by the customer in advance.

Delivery time

Items in stock are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days of receipt of full payment. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment's current location.

Pickup

Pickup at our shop in Biel/Bienne is available as an alternative to shipping and can be selected during checkout.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs fees and import duties may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are payable by the customer.

Insurance

For deliveries within Switzerland, additional shipping insurance (CHF 30.–) from Swiss Post can be added during checkout. This option is available for domestic shipping only; Swiss Post's terms apply.
